The process is simple! You can bring any container of your choosing- an empty peanut butter jar, pasta sauce jar, old spray nozzle cleaning bottle, spice jar, just to name a few. Then fill up on the good stuff!

You can choose from a Recycled Clear Glass Container or an Amber Glass Container (both for an additional charge).

Each of our Red Pine Containers can be brought back for a $1 deposit off your next purchase.

There are several options you can choose from when placing an online order-

• Option #1: Red Pine Provisions as the Modern “Milkman”

  • Leave your desired refillable containers on your doorstep prior to your delivery date and we will pick them up to put your items in, similar to how the milkman used to work!

  • Please label each container to indicate what you would like it to be refilled with.

  • This will be of no extra cost to you!

• Option #2: Recycled Clear Glass Red Pine Provisions Containers

  • Add the desired number of Recycled Clear Glass containers to your order by adding them to your shopping cart at checkout. These containers can be found in the “Shopping” section under “Containers and Jars.”

  • Add any additional instructions at the time of checkout. We will reach out directly to your specified email if we have any other questions.

  • After the initial purchase of this container, you can either:

    • Refill this container endlessly or,

    • Return it to Red Pine Provisions for $1 in-store credit.

• Option #3: Amber Glass Red Pine Provisions Containers

  • If you would like to have your delivery packaged in the Amber Red Pine Provisions containers, then please add the desired quantity and style to your order. These containers can be found in the “Shopping” section under “Containers and Jars.”

  • Add any additional instructions at the time of checkout. We will reach out directly to your specified email if we have any other questions.

  • After the initial purchase, you can either:

    • Refill this container endlessly or,

    • Return it to Red Pine Provisions for $1 in-store credit.

If you have a bunch of glass jars sitting around your house and would like to make a donation, we will happily accept and provide $0.25 in-store credit for each eligible container donated!

• Eligible containers for donation:

  • Any glass jar! This can include- mason jars, old pasta jars, peanut butter jars, spice jars

• Empty, clean, and dry the donated containers prior to donation.

• Donate containers with lids still on.

• If the jar had a previous label- please try to remove as much of that label if possible. We know this part can be a pain, so do the best you can!

We mix and blend all of our goods in house. The ingredients in our goods are carefully sourced from strictly United States and local Michigan producers.

All of our essential oils, spices, and trail mix ingredients are organic, sourced from local and/or fair trade facilities.

Shopping in bulk is actually cheaper than buying the pre-packaged stuff on the shelves at most other grocery stores.

Also, if you aren’t sure on a product and just want to try out a little bit before committing to a larger amount, you can purchase 1 or 2 ounces at a time! This way you don’t have to dump a partially used bottle down the drain or throw it in the garbage.

We can absolutely make a custom scent (or no scent) if it is requested! That is the beauty of small batch creations, the customizations are endless. And each batch comes together quick for your convenience.
